Coos and Douglas County Home Repair Program
Is your home in need of repairs you’re not sure you can afford?
NeighborWorks Umpqua has grant programs to help qualifying homeowners with home repairs.
Common repairs the program can help with:
- HVAC Upgrades or Replacement
- Roof repairs
- Bathroom repairs
- Steps
- Floors
- Ramps
- Decking
- Door and window replacements
- Minor plumbing and electrical upgrades
- Handicap accessible repairs
At this time, we serve homeowners in Douglas and Coos Counties. We hope to serve Curry and Josephine Counties in the future.
Both stick-built and manufactured homes may be eligible for repairs (including homes on leased land).
If you own your home and live in Coos, Curry, Douglas, or Josephine County, you’re welcome to add your name to the Home Repair Waitlist.
The Home Repair Program is "first come, first served." You must meet income limits and other program requirements. As funding is available, homeowners on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they have signed up.
