Coos and Douglas County Mortgage and Utility Assistance Program is Now Accepting Applications.
Homeowners in Coos and Douglas County may qualify for up to 6 months of unpaid mortgage and utility payments per household.
Assistance can cover past due mortgage, property taxes, insurance, late fees, heat and electricity. Assistance goes directly to loan servicers, tax assessor, and utility companies.
Note that income includes all sources including salary, wages, tips, and public benefits programs such as SNAP, TANF, and SSI.
