What is the Health-Related Social Needs Program (HRSN)?
HRSN is a new program available through our partnership with Umpqua Health Alliance. Through HRSN, Oregon Health Plan members may be eligible for extra non-medical supports and services. NeighborWorks Umpqua will help you apply to HRSN to access these benefits.
The HRSN program can help you with life stresses that may affect your health and wellness, including:
- Housing supports:
- Help with the cost of rent, utilities, and other bills
- Help finding a place to live
- Help with changes to make your home safer
- Climate-related supports:
- Air conditioners
- Heaters
- Air-filtration devices
- Mini-refrigerators
- Portable power supply units
Who is Eligible for HRSN Services?
