Repair Your Home

NeighborWorks Umpqua administers loan and grant programs that assist eligible, low- to moderate-income homeowners with repairs to their homes. We are currently serving homeowners in Coos County, and will soon be serving Douglas County as well. Both single family and manufactured homes (including those on leased land) may be eligible. 

If you own your home and are located in Coos, Curry, or Douglas Counties, you are welcome to contact us and be placed on the waiting list for our home repair program. Participation is first-come, first-serve, and contingent on income qualification, availability of funds, and extent of repairs needed. If your name is selected from our waiting list for possible participation, you will be contacted to determine eligibility.
